I was surprised to find that I had not posted this young person in a patriotic dress decorated with stylized flag motifs. There is a small flag on her hat and a flag ribbon pinned to her bodice. I assume it was a costume for a 4th of July or other patriotic celebration. I like the "almost" smile she wears.
